Our online store is exclusively for companies and businesses registered with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce. A valid Chamber of Commerce number is required to complete a purchase. Private individuals are not permitted to make purchases through our online platform.

3. Shipping and Delivery

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

4. Payment

All payments must be completed through Sentoo Payments, our local payment provider. We do not accept cash on delivery or international payment methods.

5. Order Cancellation and Modifications

Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible if the order is already being processed for delivery. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if changes are required.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrect items received. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
