Firgos is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Warehouse Admin Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse administration and operations
- Process orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Update inventory movements and warehouse system records
- Assist with route coordination and delivery tracking
- Support inventory counts and stock control
- Handle customer pickups, backorders, and claims
- Provide administrative and reporting support
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (Excel & ERP systems)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Team-oriented with strong work ethics
